Smilin' Stanton Moore (2009-02-03)

Stanton Moore est un des rares batteurs que je puisse reconnaître après quelques secondes juste à l'écoute. Il a un style distinctif qui, bien que techniquement impressionnant, est surtout musicalement magnifique. J'étais content de pouvoir le saisir à un moment où il souriait du plaisir de jouer avec son groupe Galactic!

Stanton Moore is one of those rare drummers that I can recognise instantly after a few seconds of listening. He has a distinctive stule which - while technically impressive - is more importantly musically superb. I was glad to have shot him at a moment when he was smiling with the pleasure of playing with Galactic!
